Ms Niramarn Laisathit

Niramarn Laisathit is an Executive Director and Senior Executive Vice President, in charge of Bangkok Bank’s Corporate Banking with extensive experience in structuring and negotiating large international project finance deals. She has been involved in most of the private-sector power company projects in Thailand, the gas-fired power plant in Thailand, the hydro power plants in Laos PDR., and a number of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and waste, in Thailand and across CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam) countries. She also had an extensive experience in financing the sustainable project.

Ms. Niramarn also has a broad range of experience in general financial advisory services and debt restructuring. She has worked closely on a project to improve Bangkok Bank’s internal credit analysis, monitoring systems and loan organization.

Ms. Niramarn holds an MBA Finance from the St. Louis Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
