Chun Seng joined PSA in 2014 where he was responsible for development of global commercial strategies and capabilities to support PSA’s long-term global business objectives. He was also responsible for the management of key global shipping line accounts in order to improve relationship and to create opportunities of mutual growth. In 2017, Chun Seng moved to Thailand as President of Eastern Sea Laem Chabang Co Ltd (ESCO), a PSA subsidiary with operations in both Laem Chabang B3 terminal and Lat Krabang ICD. His role involves managing the business of ESCO and to expand PSA’s portfolio in Thailand. Since 2022, Chun Seng has been the Deputy CEO and CCO of LCB1 Group, another PSA subsidiary with operations in Laem Chabang B1 and A0 Terminals, with combined capacity of 1.9 million TEUs.

 

Prior to joining PSA, Chun Seng was Senior Manager at Keppel T&T, responsible for the developing business investment opportunities for Keppel T&T in China. Chun Seng also spent 12 years with Maersk Line in various positions at country, regional and global functions, where he obtained an extensive knowledge of shipping and terminal operation.
