Mr Kasemsit Pathomsak

Mr. Kasemsit is currently the Executive Chairman of Merchant Partners Limited, a financial holding company in Merchant Partners Securities Plc. and Merchant Partners Asset Management Limited.

Mr. Kasemsit is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Audit Committee of Christiani & Nielsen (THAI) Plc., Director of WP Energy Plc., National Power Supply Plc., AJ Plast Plc., Starr International Insurance (Thailand) Plc.. Socially, Mr. Kasemsit is the Honorary Chairman of ICC Thailand National Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trade of Thailand, Council Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council.

Mr. Kasemsit attended Harvard Business School Executive Program and High Level Chinese Economy Training Program for Oversea Chinese Entrepreneurs at Guangzhou Jinan University and Beijing University. Mr. Kasemsit received his Master of Science in Finance from Bentley College and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Massachusetts, USA
